The family tree of hyenas, the aardwolf (front centre) holds a medicine bowl, the striped hyena (left) holds a hyena skull, the brown hyena (right) holds a shell and a seal pelt, and the spotted hyena (back centre) holds the bones of a recent kill.

Yes, I know there are mistakes! Lots and lots of mistakes! But don't point them out, I already know, and I might just rip your throat out.

I was sort of inspired, you might say, to do this when I remembered :icongoldenwolf:'s piece "arctic treasures" and she said she would do a savanah one. And... thought I might bring the hyena family to attention on the world of deviant.

BAH! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE PHOTOGRAPH! BAH! BAH! BAH!
The photo is terrible! It looks lopsided but it isn't in real life! Just clarifying that for all of you knit pickers out there!
